Canadian Guard Tyler Kepkay signed a contract with the LTi Giessen 46ers to help the squad of Head-Coach Vladimir Bogojevic after Chase Griffin got hurt in the season-opener against the Telekom Baskets Bonn.

Kepkay is Point Guard who can look back at a good career already, having been a member of the Canadian National Team and playing a major role for his alma mater the University of Utah in the Mountain West Conference. Tyler started his pro career with ETB Essen in the 2009/10 season and quickly showed that he belongs on a higher level by combining for 21.5 points and 4.2 assists per game.

Joining Giessen in the top-league in Germany is a perfect opportunity for Tyler to further his career and everyone at Scorers 1st wishes Tyler all the best with the 46ers!
